PARENTS ENROLLING DOGS IN TRAINING SERVICES MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF CURRENT VACCINES UPON ARRIVAL. BY BOOKING A SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO WAIVE LIABILITY OF SIT HAPPENS: DOG TRAINING & BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION (ALL OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES) FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE INCURRED TO YOU (AND YOUR DOG, OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS WHO ATTEND) ON THE PREMISES OF THE TRAINING FACILITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS.  YOUR DOG MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES, AND KEPT AT A SAFE DISTANCE FROM OTHER DOGS AND PEOPLE IN THE TRAINING FACILITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS (UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED BY A SIT HAPPENS TRAINER).

PLEASE BRING A 4-6FT. NON-RETRACTABLE LEASH, TRAINING CLICKER, AND A POUCH OF SOFT CHEWY TREATS.  PROOF OF VACCINES (RABIES BORDATELLA & DAPP) ARE REQUIRED, AND MUST BE SUBMITTED TO SIT HAPPENS PRIOR TO OR AT THE TIME OF TRAINING SERVICE.  NO ELECTRONIC TRAINING DEVICES, CHOKE CHAINS OR PINCH COLLARS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE EQUIPMENT YOU ARE USING FOR YOUR DOG, PLEASE CALL BEFORE FIRST TRAINING SERVICE. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

ALL SERVICES REQUIRE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE.  ALL LATE CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE.  STUDENTS WHO HAVE PRE-PAYED FOR PACKAGES OR PROGRAMS WILL PAY A $5.00 FEE.

SIT HAPPENS: DOG TRAINING & BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION HAS A NO REFUND POLICY.
